Quincy Harden age 36, male, Black, was found shot to death just before dawn on Sunday, September 14, 2014, in the courtyard behind the Spencer Apartments near North 28th Avenue and Spencer Street in Omaha. Officers responding around 3 a.m. located him at the scene; a woman there told reporters the victim was her 36-year-old son.
