Kimberly Kyle Hopps, a 22-year-old woman, was found deceased on October 31, 1984, in Tampa, Florida. Her tragic death was linked to the notorious serial killer Bobby Joe Long, who terrorized the Tampa Bay area during the 1980s. Long was responsible for the murders of multiple women, including Hopps, and was eventually convicted and sentenced to death for his crimes.
