Patricia Skiple, a 45-year-old woman from Colton, Oregon, was identified decades after her death as a victim of the notorious serial killer Keith Hunter Jesperson, also known as the 'Happy Face Killer.' Skiple, known to her friends and family as 'Patsy,' was a mother whose body was discovered on June 3, 1993, on the side of California State Route 152 near Gilroy, California. At the time of discovery, authorities were unable to determine her identity, and she was referred to as 'Blue Pacheco' due ...
