Lynn Blissard, a 60-year-old resident of Gilroy, California, passed away on July 20, 2016. She was found deceased at her residence on Sorrento Drive. The initial report to the police was related to reckless driving by her adult daughter. When officers arrived at the scene, they spoke with the daughter, who informed them that her mother had shot herself inside the home.
