In the summer of 1983, the life of 19-year-old Tonja Harry, a Black/African American female, was tragically cut short in Portland, Oregon. On July 9th of that year, her body was discovered in the Columbia Slough in West Delta Park. For decades, her case remained one of Portland's painful unsolved homicides, leaving a void of answers for her family and the community.
