In the late autumn of 2016, the life of Melissa Elaine Vargas, a 53-year-old White/Caucasian woman, came to an end in Clackamas, Oregon. She passed away on November 27, 2016. Born in Oxnard, California on July 26, 1963, Melissa was raised in San Pedro, California, and was a graduate of San Pedro High School. She later continued her education at Portland Community College.
For five years, Melissa had worked as a flagger in Beaverton, Oregon.
Her life was enriched by the time she spent with her grandchildren and her dog, Bella. She also found joy in gardening. Her family included her mother, her two children, and several grandchildren and siblings. She was preceded in death by her father and two brothers.
