In the late autumn of 2016, the life of Melissa Elaine Vargas, a 53-year-old White/Caucasian woman, came to an end in Clackamas, Oregon. She passed away on November 27, 2016. Born in Oxnard, California on July 26, 1963, Melissa was raised in San Pedro, California, and was a graduate of San Pedro High School.
