Fathyma Vann, a 38-year-old woman from Indio, California, was tragically murdered on April 22, 1991. She was a recently widowed mother of two teenage daughters and was attending a local community college at the time of her death. Her life was cut short by Phillip Carl Jablonski, a convicted serial killer who had previously served time for murder.
