Hubbard, who also went by the name Larry Barnes, was arrested in 2007 for an outstanding warrant and was later extradited to Florida. Investigators discovered that Hubbard's DNA matched evidence from multiple unsolved murder cases, including the killing of Vanessa Williams.
Hubbard was suspected of involvement in at least four murders across Southern California, including another case in Riverside County that bore similarities to Williams' death.
