Kenneth Ray Parker, a 16-year-old white male from Chicago, Illinois, was last seen on October 24, 1976, alongside his close friend, 14-year-old Michael Marino. The two teenagers were spotted near a restaurant at the intersection of Clark Street and Diversey Parkway, an area known to be frequented by serial killer John Wayne Gacy when seeking victims. The following day, both boys were reported missing by their families.
