Kenneth Ray Parker, a 16-year-old white male from Chicago, Illinois, was last seen on October 24, 1976, alongside his close friend, 14-year-old Michael Marino. The two teenagers were spotted near a restaurant at the intersection of Clark Street and Diversey Parkway, an area known to be frequented by serial killer John Wayne Gacy when seeking victims.
