Larry Howard, a 33-year-old African American male from Chicago, IL, tragically lost his life on February 9, 2020. His death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred near his home. Larry Howard was shot by Dione Weaver, a legal gun owner with a valid Firearm Owner's Identification (FOID) card.
