On a warm summer evening in August 1980, 19-year-old Kelly Drew, a white female who had recently graduated from beauty school, attended a wedding reception at the Concord House in Sullivan, Wisconsin, with her high school sweetheart, Tim Hack. The young couple was last seen leaving the reception at approximately 11 p.m. on August 9th.
