On October 30, 1986, Hector Hernandez, a 34-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed in a violent incident that also claimed the lives of three other individuals: Angel Castro, 35; Juan Rodriguez, 37; and Jesus Perez, 38. The assailants targeted the group in a run-down building, seeking a specific individual who refused to cooperate with their demands. This refusal led to his death, and the perpetrators subsequently killed the other three men to eliminate witnesses.
