In March 1985, authorities were alerted to a tragic incident involving Lorraine Marshall and her 6-year-old son, James Marshall. Lorraine was discovered murdered in her apartment, and weeks later, the body of her young son, James, was found; he had also been murdered. The primary suspect in these heinous crimes was Hubert James Allen, Lorraine's boyfriend at the time.
