Steven Walter Tuomi, a 25-year-old Caucasian male, was an artistic and friendly young man working as a short-order cook in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On the night of November 20, 1987, his path fatefully crossed with Jeffrey Dahmer at a bar. The two men eventually made their way to a room Dahmer had rented at the Ambassador Hotel.

According to Dahmer's later accounts, he did not initially intend to harm Tuomi. He claimed his only plan was to drug him in order to lie next to him. However, when ...
