Steven Walter Tuomi, a 25-year-old Caucasian male, was an artistic and friendly young man working as a short-order cook in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On the night of November 20, 1987, his path fatefully crossed with Jeffrey Dahmer at a bar. The two men eventually made their way to a room Dahmer had rented at the Ambassador Hotel.
