Shaquanta Langley, an African American woman, was one of the victims of Andre Crawford, a convicted serial killer who operated in Chicago's Englewood neighborhood during the 1990s. Crawford targeted vulnerable women, many of whom were struggling with drug addiction or working as sex workers. Langley, along with ten other women, fell prey to Crawford's heinous crimes.
