In the spring of 1969, a chilling discovery shattered the peace of a quiet Ann Arbor, Michigan, subdivision. The body of 16-year-old Maralynn Skelton, a Caucasian female from Romulus, was found in a wooded area on Pemberton Drive. She had been brutally beaten to death, her skull shattered from repeated blows with a heavy object.
