Sabrina Payne, a 36-year-old African-American woman, tragically lost her life on July 25, 2003, in Peoria, Illinois. Her death was later determined to be a result of strangulation. Sabrina was last seen at her residence on the south end of Peoria before being taken to a house on McClure Avenue, where she encountered Larry Dean Bright, a man who would later confess to her murder.
