On June 14, 2008, Henry Lionel Washington, a 39-year-old male, was shot and killed in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred in the early morning hours, and police responded to the scene where they found Washington suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
