Kelly Jean Hood, a 34-year-old woman, was tragically murdered on April 10, 2000, in Detroit, Michigan. Hood, who was of Caucasian ethnicity, was one of the victims of the notorious serial killer John Eric Armstrong. Armstrong, who was active between 1992 and 1999, targeted female sex workers in Detroit and other locations.
