Tawanda Hodges, a 28-year-old African American woman, was found dead on March 28, 1991, below a bridge in Yonkers, New York. Her death was part of a series of murders that occurred between 1989 and 1996, all of which were linked to the same perpetrator through DNA evidence. The victims, including Tawanda Hodges, were found bound, raped, and strangled, with their bodies posed in a similar manner.
