Frank Milby

Frank Milby, a 52-year-old Deputy Sheriff from Edna, Texas, tragically died on December 6, 1903. The incident occurred when his pistol accidentally discharged after falling and striking a chair. The bullet entered the right side of his back, and despite his efforts to walk down the stairs, he ultimately collapsed and died on the sidewalk.
