Jackson Palmer, a 36-year-old male, was a Special Officer with the North Fort Worth Police Department. On December 26, 1908, he was tragically shot and killed while attempting to intervene in a domestic dispute at a saloon near 400 NE 11th Street in North Fort Worth.
