Matthew Walsh, aged 23, was shot and killed in the early morning hours of August 31, 2008, in St. Louis, Missouri. On that night, Walsh was returning home from work and had parked his car in the 3700 block of French Avenue. Shortly after he parked, neighbors reported hearing a brief argument on the street, followed by three to four gunshots.
