Constable Charles A. Holloway, aged 35, was shot and killed on November 26, 1911, in Wilbarger, Texas. Holloway, who served in the Wilbarger County Constable's Office - Precinct 7, was attempting to arrest two men suspected of robbing a bank in Odell, Texas, the previous week.
