Martin Jerome Mark Gabour, a 16-year-old male of Venezuelan ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 1, 1966, in Austin, Texas. He was one of the 17 victims of the infamous Texas Tower Sniper, Charles Whitman, who carried out a mass shooting from the University of Texas Tower.
