Ligia Kozlowski, a 45-year-old woman of Polish descent, tragically lost her life on June 29, 1984, in Dallas, Texas. She was one of six victims in a mass shooting at Ianni's Club, a posh north Dallas nightclub. The incident is considered one of the city's worst mass murders.

The perpetrator, Abdelkrim Belachheb, was charged with the murders. According to witnesses, Belachheb had an argument with one of the victims, Marcelle Ford, before returning to the club and opening fire. The victims, ...
