Richard Garcia, a 17-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on November 22, 1991, in Fort Worth, Texas. He was attending a party at a residence on May Street when a car pulled up, and an argument ensued between one of the males in the car and someone outside the house. During the altercation, Richard Garcia was shot and killed.
The incident was investigated by the Fort Worth Police Department, but despite their efforts, no arrests have been made, and the case remains unsolved. T
