Fabian Dale Dominguez, a 29-year-old male police officer of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on January 15, 1995, in San Antonio, Texas. Officer Dominguez was shot and killed while investigating a burglary in his neighborhood. He had served with the San Antonio Police Department for two years.
