On May 3, 1999, 22-year-old Hispanic male Ezekiel "Chico" Barraza was at the Cowboy Cats Club, located at Main Street and Exchange Avenue in Fort Worth, Texas. After leaving the club, his body was discovered in the parking lot of the El Conejas Club at 1603 N.E. 28th Street. He had been shot in the back.
