Leophus A Woods

On a cold February evening in 2009, the life of a young, 25-year-old Black/African American man named Leophus A. Woods was tragically cut short in St. Louis, Missouri. On the night of February 23rd, Woods was found shot inside a vehicle in the northern part of the city. The initial discovery was made by officers who were responding to a call for a shooting.
