On August 25, 2003, in Austin, Texas, 43-year-old Ann-Marie Sibley, a Caucasian female, was tragically shot and killed by her boyfriend, 37-year-old Arthur James West Jr. In the same incident, Ann-Marie's brother, 45-year-old Michael Garvey, also a Caucasian male, was fatally shot by West.
