Stephanie Mendez, a 29-year-old woman from Grand Prairie, Texas, was tragically shot and killed in a random drive-by shooting on January 15, 2007. The incident occurred in the 1600 block of Mockingbird Lane in Dallas, Texas. Stephanie was traveling east on Mockingbird Lane near Love Field when another vehicle opened fire on her group.
