Lanita Rene Cole, a 31-year-old Black woman, tragically lost her life on November 5, 2018, in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred in the 3300 block of E. Illinois Avenue, where Lanita was involved in an argument with the wife of Jimmie Jock Tarrer, a 55-year-old man.
