Senior Norman Stephen Allen

Senior Corporal Norman Stephen Allen Smith, aged 43, was a dedicated officer with the Dallas Police Department. On January 6, 2009, he was tragically shot and killed while attempting to serve an arrest warrant for aggravated assault.
