Billy Ray Phifer Jr., a 22-year-old male from Dallas, Texas, tragically lost his life on July 19, 2021. He was found lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds at Bella Vida Apartments in Southeast Dallas. The Dallas Fire Department pronounced him dead at the scene.

Following an investigation, Cedric Lionel Kidd, a 24-year-old male, was arrested in connection with Phifer's murder. Kidd was taken into custody at a Dallas apartment complex and is currently being held in Dallas County ...
