Evaristo "Juny" Sierra Jr., a 31-year-old man of Puerto Rican ethnicity, was tragically found dead in his Northeast Side duplex in San Antonio, Texas, on September 24, 2009. He was discovered facedown in the living room with a single gunshot wound to the back of his head.
