Cedric McFail, a 33-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on January 16, 2014, in McKinney, Texas. The incident occurred at the Discovery Learning Center, where Cedric's estranged wife, Melissa Williams, aged 36, was picking up their children. Cedric approached the vehicle and began arguing with Melissa while she was inside the car with two children. During the altercation, Cedric fired shots into the car, fatally wounding Melissa.
