Toriano Ladaryl Porter

On a late September afternoon in St. Louis, Missouri, the life of 16-year-old Toriano Porter II was tragically cut short. On September 28, 2009, at approximately 3:50 p.m., Porter was standing on the sidewalk in front of 4873 St. Louis Avenue with two other individuals. The group was suddenly approached by two unknown Black males who, without warning, began firing shots at them. In the ensuing chaos, Porter sustained numerous injuries and died at the scene.
