Delaney Ave. in Avon Park. On that fateful night, an altercation broke out, leading to a shooting that claimed Nowell's life. The confrontation, which stemmed from an earlier argument, escalated quickly, resulting in gunfire that not only killed Nowell but also wounded two other individuals present at the scene.
