Terrance Carroll, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 16, 2014, in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred at a nightclub on South Harwood Street, where a shootout between rival gangs erupted during a teen function. The altercation began inside the club and escalated outside, resulting in multiple gunshots being fired. Terrance Carroll was found dead at the scene, having succumbed to gunshot wounds.
