Hector Cabrera, a 32-year-old man from Dallas, Texas, was tragically found dead on Christmas Day, December 25, 2019. He was discovered in his SUV in the parking lot of an apartment complex off High Hill Boulevard in East Oak Cliff. Cabrera, who was known as "Nelly" to his friends and family, was a well-loved dance team manager who coordinated routines for quinceañera events. His family believes he was the target of a robbery.
