Timothy Agnew, a 28-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically lost his life on March 16, 2014, in Dallas, TX. According to police reports, Agnew was assaulted and shot in his apartment at the Regal Apartments on Audelia Rd. The incident occurred around 3:50 a.m., when two black males forcibly entered Agnew's apartment and attacked him.
