On November 7, 2009, 27-year-old Paul T. Hall was found dead in St. Louis, Missouri, after being shot. The incident took place in a residential area, specifically on the 4400 block of Penrose Avenue. Paul was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds, and responding officers pronounced him dead at the scene. Despite their efforts, no suspects were immediately identified, and the homicide remains unsolved.
