Telly Coleman, a 38-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, was found fatally shot in the head on June 3, 2020. He was discovered lying in the middle of a West Side street, Henry Street, just after 6 a.m. Authorities were unable to determine whether he was shot at that location or if his body was moved there after being shot elsewhere.
