Donald Kovar, a 43-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically shot and killed on May 14, 2014, in Dallas, Texas. Kovar was working as a security guard at a business located at 4639 Irving Boulevard when the incident occurred. The location was targeted by two men during a robbery attempt. Kovar was shot during the robbery and succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

The investigation into Kovar's death led to the arrest of Rico Lara, a 31-year-old male, who was charged with capital murder. Lar ...
