Nathaniel Foley, a 71-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, was tragically shot and killed on June 19, 2014, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred at around 4:20 p.m. in the 11700 Bissonnet area, where at least two armed male suspects entered apartment #709 and opened fire. Foley was pronounced dead at the scene, while two other males were injured and transported to area hospitals. One of the injured victims was later released, while the other remained hospitalized.
