Death by Force

On December 8, 2014, Marcus Stewart, a 35-year-old male from Houston, Texas, was tragically shot and killed. The incident occurred in the 7400 block of St. Louis in northeast Houston. Stewart was confronted by Marcus Menifee, 34, who accused him of stealing money. After an initial argument, Menifee left the scene but returned shortly with a gun. During the second confrontation, Menifee shot Stewart multiple times, leading to his death at Ben Taub General Hospital.
