Khalil Brown, a 17-year-old African American male from Houston, Texas, was tragically found shot to death on July 18, 2014, outside Greenspoint Mall. He was discovered lying in the parking lot around 12:20 a.m., and despite immediate medical attention, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
