Sherry D. Blankenship, a 52-year-old woman from Pasadena, Texas, tragically lost her life on July 19, 2014. She was fatally shot in the head outside her residence at the 3100 block of Redfield Drive. The incident occurred during a heated verbal altercation with 47-year-old Alissa Porter Elmore. According to police reports, the argument escalated, leading Elmore to shoot Blankenship once in the head.
