On January 19, 2024, 51-year-old Frank Kwasnica, a white male, was found unresponsive in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 2200 block of Blue Water Drive in Arlington, Texas. He had suffered severe blunt force trauma to the head and was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
